Who we are

Contrôle Trafic Montréal provides traffic control and temporary signage services across Greater Montréal. This policy explains how we handle your personal information, in line with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we collect: your name, company name, email, phone, job site address, planned date and description of the work.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and organize the work. We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising without your consent.

Where it's kept

Your information is stored securely with our technology providers (website hosting and storage), which may host it outside Québec. We keep it only as long as needed, at most 3 years after our last exchange, then destroy it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time.
